Quick Diagnostic: $10.00
This is where we take 10-15 minutes to see if we can determine what is wrong and what needs to be done with your vacuum.
Detailed Diagnostic: $20.00
This is where it takes over 20 minutes to take apart your vacuum and go through all the parts to see what needs to be done.
After we have gone through the vacuum and you decide to repair the vacuum or upgrade to a refurbished one or a new one, that fee will be waived!
Riccar
New from Riccar, the R25 Deluxe is an advanced cleaning machine, built for power, performance and ease of use. The R25D model has a self-adjusting nozzle that transitions beautifully from ultra-plush carpet to bare floors without scratching wood or blowing dust. Large rubber wheels, plus 360-degree casters and smaller rubber wheels mean the vacuum turns on a dime. Lower it to the floor for cleaning under furnishings easily, or stretch it a full 11 feet to clean crevices you never thought you’d reach with an upright vacuum.

R25 Pet
The R25 Pet vacuum provides a world-class cleaning experience on bare floors to plush carpets and everything in between. Using Clean Air technology, it’s also built to provide powerful suction using tools.
Durable? You got it. The R25 has a metal brushroll, metal wand and rubber wheels, plus Red Carpet Service) visit and a five-year warranty.

Easy to use? Most certainly. The R25 was designed to be a delight to use from handle to wheels. With switches at your fingertips, caster wheels for ultimate pivoting and intelligent tool configuration, Riccar covered it all. Plus it includes bright LED lights, an ultra-low profile nozzle and lays flat for cleaning under beds and furniture.
Effective? Riccar didn’t bother designing a vacuum that only cleans the surface. R25 Standard
The R25 Standard makes many of the amazing features of the premium model available at a lower price. engineered for clean, the R25S is simple to use on ultra-plush carpet and transitions neatly onto bare floors with its self-adjusting brush roll. Its maneuverability was engineered to be simple to use. The R25 lays completely flat for cleaning under furnishings and includes a long 35-foot cord. A telescoping wand and hose provide an 11-foot cleaning reach. The Standard models also features Intelligent tool configuration that makes it easy to use tools and stretch the hose without tipping the vacuum.

R60 Broom Vacuum
The R60 broom vacuum is lightweight, bagless and the perfect go-to vacuum for quickly cleaning bare floors. With a convenient carrying handle, it’s simple to pull R60 out of the closet, flip the quick-release cord hook for fast access to the 30-foot cord, and vacuum away. The speed switch is located on the base of the vacuum, and the looped handle extends for longer reach. The R60 nozzle features edge cleaning on both sides, and a squeegee gently lifts dust and crumbs for the R60 to whisk away in its large capacity dust bin.
Roam Cordless Broom Vacuum
All of the inconveniences of a cord – the winding and unwinding, the tangles and trip hazards and the frustration of running out of cord just before the job is done – are no longer an issue.
With a spinning brush roll and a polishing strip, the Roam makes quick work of bare floors. Use the power boost setting to clean throw rugs and increase tool suction. Roam’s on-board tools, stretch hose and aluminum wand offer more than 10 feet of reach for above-floor cleaning.
The swivel nozzle makes the Roam nimble enough to glide around floor lamps and under chair legs with ease. The Roam also locks into the upright position so it’s never laying down on the job. Its charging dock is the perfect home base to ensure that your Roam is always ready for action.
The Roam is powered by a 40-volt lithium ion battery with up to 40 minutes of vacuuming per charge. Run time may vary based on the floor surface, charge level and age of the battery.
SupraLite Cordless Vacuum
With the SupraLite Cordless Vacuum, enjoy the power of a regular vacuum without the inconveniences of winding and unwinding a cord, tangles and trip hazards, or running out of cord just before the job is done. With a 44-volt lithium ion battery, the SupraLite cordless runs for up to 50 minutes* without charging, and with the press of a button, a battery level indicator lets you know when you need to recharge.
The SupraLite cordless is durable with a metal handle tube, brush roll, wheel axles and upright stop. It also uses the self-sealing genuine HEPA media vacuum bag to trap dust.
Little extras add up to a lot, with the on/off switch on the DeluxeTouch handle grip, a squeegee for spotless bare floor cleaning, an ultra-bright LED headlight, rubber wheels and a convenient carry handle. Plus, the SupraLite cordless is eligible for two tune ups under the Red Carpet Service Plan.

The SupraLite Entry, first introduced more than a decade ago, continues to be a solid value for years of remarkable floor cleaning.
